Can you offer help on retreat days?

We have a team of people who organise and run these day retreats in Oxford but we also need people to help on the day of the retreats. If you would be interested in coming slightly early to help out then please contact Brigid on 01608 811940. We would only ask you to help out on retreats you were booked on. Please also get in touch if you would be interested in becoming more involved - potentially joining the larger team if additional people were needed in the future.

Cancellations

Booked a place on a day retreat but can’t come? Please let us know by phoning 01908 562483 or 01608 811940 before 9pm. Recent day retreats have been fully booked, sometimes with a waiting list in operation.

We recognise that last-minute emergencies or illness may make cancelling your place impossible, but please do get in touch if you know you can’t come, even if it’s just the day before – we may still be able to offer your place to someone else. And grateful thanks also to all those of you who do let us know!
